Pet Policy

Residents may keep both cats and dogs, but may keep no more than two pets per apartment. Pets are subject to a 75-pound weight limit for a single pet or a combined weight for two pets if applicable. All pets must be registered with the leasing office before they are kept in the apartment; a veterinarian verification form must also be completed at the time of application. A one-time non-refundable pet fee will be due at lease signing, and monthly pet rent per pet will be applicable.

 

Note that mixtures of the following breeds are not permitted at the property. Restricted breeds include but may not be limited to: Akita; German Shepard; Alaskan Malamute; Giant Schnauzer; Mastiffs; Great Dane; Husky; Old English Sheep Dog; American Pit Bull Terrier; Presa Canario; American Bulldog; Rhodesian Ridgeback; American Staffordshire Terrier; Rottweiler; Bull Terrier; Saint Bernard; Chow; Staffordshire Bull Terrier; and Doberman. Management reserves the right to reject other breeds, or any other type of animal at its sole discretion and may change its policy at any time (except for service animals).
